Description
The most famed pepper amongst all of the super hots. This pepper was developed by Ed Currie and was made known to the public in 2013, the same year it was crowned the hottest pepper in the world. It has since been dethroned, but for a time, it was king of the pepper kingdom. Still, it takes its place as possibly the most prolific father of any pepper, being the parent of hundreds of unique crossbreeds. The popularity of this pepper coincided with the social media boom, and as a result, is largely responsible for showcasing the world of pepper breeding to the public, perhaps more than any other pepper.
